Make your public restroom signs near ADA Compliant but still have that classic vintage look that only a cast sign can bring you. This sign was originally designed for a brewery in Idaho. The owner wanted a ‘period’ look for the signs so they would fit with his overall look and feel of the brewery – but still meet ADA Compliance regulations. The brewery is located in a 19th century brick building which happened to BE a brewery many years ago.
Our MENS restroom sign with the universal symbol for a man and the handicapped symbol also includes braille for sight impaired. The symbol of the woman is 6″ tall. WOMEN lettering is 1″ tall. Although this sign will not meet some of the latest requirements for true US ADA Compliance, your local laws may be different and not as stringent.
This sign is predrilled for #6 screws (with countersink) in all four corners and supplied with slotted oval head wood screws. Available in bronze or aluminum.

BRONZE: Cast in solid lead-free bronze. Raised tactile lettering. Classic black background. Wire brush finish on raised lettering, symbols and border with clear powder coat finish. Weight is approximately 3.9 lbs. Bronze oval head slotted wood screws included.
ALUMINUM: Cast in aluminum with raised tactile lettering. Then, a black powder coat background is sprayed and baked on. Finally, a clear powder coat finish is baked on for years of tough service. Weight is approximately 1 lb. Zinc plated oval head slotted wood screws included.
Sign is pre-drilled and ready for mounting.
Sign measures 7″ wide x 10″ tall x 3/16″ thick. Due to the natural sand casting process, there may be slight dimensional variances.
