How long does shipping take?
Most items have a lead time depending on whether we have created the mold yet. Lead times are stated on each item’s listing. Please read these and plan accordingly.
We ship all items via United States Postal service Priority Mail. This protects you and us. Priority Mail, although more expensive than 1st Class mail, provides you with a tracking number. It also includes $50 of insurance on your item in case of loss or damage. At our discretion and at our cost, we will add more insurance to some packages.
Actual delivery after leaving our foundry will vary based on the size of the order and distance from our store to your home or business. Priority Mail usually delivers packages within 2 to 5 days.
What are your return policies?
If you do not like your item, please contact us within 2 days for an RMA number. Custom order items are non-returnable.
Orders must be received with the RMA within 14 days of the date on the RMA. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We normally credit returns back to your account (minus original shipping cost) within 7 days after we receive it.
After 30 days, we assume you are happy with your item.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
We do our very best when packing your order to assure it arrives safely. If your order is damaged, please notify us immediately. We are happy to assist our customers with shipping claims.
