Add a bit of whimsy to your garden or home with our HERE BE DRAGONS sign. Before the world was wholly explored, there were areas thought to still contain dragons with ill intent toward your well being. Cartographers, or mapmakers, would mark these areas on the maps they created to warn of danger for sailors and adventurers. Now that dragons are gone (or are they?) you can have some fun designating the dangerous areas in your garden.
This sign is available in cast aluminum or cast lead-free bronze and, like all of our signs, can be placed indoors or out. Raised tactile lettering.
BRONZE: Cast in solid lead-free bronze. For the background color choose from a powder coat in Black, Blood Red or Deep Purple. Brushed satin finish on raised lettering with lacquer coating. Bronze slotted wood fasteners included.
ALUMINUM: Cast in aluminum with raised tactile lettering. Choose from Black, Blood Red or Deep Purple powder coat background. This background color is sprayed then baked on. Finally, a clear powder coat finish is baked on for years of beautiful service. Zinc plated slotted wood fasteners included.
Pre-drilled in all 4 corners and ready for mounting.
Dimensions: 7″ wide x 3″ tall x 3/16″ thick. Due to the natural sand casting process, there may be slight dimensional variances.
